Bill is a '92 graduate of the State University of new York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Bill is a Law Enforcement Zone Officer with the US Fish and Wildlife Service, based in Anchorage. Bill will be speaking on the scope of his responsibilities and the enforcement of Federal Fish and Wildlife laws in Alaska. |

Dianne, one of our new Lions, will speak about her research on polar bears, their habitalt and prospects in a changing climate. |

Marsha Huffman DeVoe |
Marsha is the Director of Public Affairs with the Veterans Administration's Medical and Regional Office Center. A new office is opening on Elmendorf, and she will give us an insight into changes that will occur in the futurre under the new military and political leadership. |
