Veterans Day Celebration. The Westmark is preparing a quick menu for us to order 1 of 3 items: sandwich/soup or burger, or something else rather than the entire menu. Payment is on our own. The bar will also be open. Lion Colette will be able to take care of introducing our special guests, but she would like to confirm in advance who would be willing to do the following: Pledge and Prayer. She has already prepared a Veterans Day Quote and a Veterans Day Poem, so she needs 2 different people willing to do these if possible. You can read them and she can email them to you. After the guest speaker, she would like to open it up to the Veterans in the club for them to share their memorabilia as they are comfortable doing so (no pressure). This is open to all Veterans! Also, please invite friends and family - if you are able to let her know if you are attending.
