| Tuesday, October 26 | "Seeing With Our Hearts", lunch at noon at the Captain Cook for the Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Our club will donate $1,000 from the Teresa Smith Trust Fund, so 10 people from our club can be treated to a free lunch. Helping with this event coincides with the primary mission statement for our Lions organization, so lets show our colors. Expect to be encouraged to make a personal donation. |
Saturday, October 30 |
Great Pumpkin Festival at the Spenard Recreational Center. Once more are planning to sponsor the golf game for the kids, so the kids can have fun in a safe environment, and sheltered from possible inclement weather. |
