Paul Joslin and Penelope Wells of the "Save Maggie" group will explain their plan and efforts to ship the Anchorage Zoo's elephant Outside on a one way ticket.

Hear why they think they can decide the future of someone else's animal. Maybe they will tell us how much money they've raised to buy Maggie from the zoo.

• The Anchorage Lions will man the Vision Screening Booth at the State Fair from 4 until 8 PM.
