• Charisse works with the Illiamna Development Corporation, She will discuss her research and show a video on the economic development in Illiamna.

• Miners and Trappers Ball, "Moonlight Mardi Gras" 7:30 PM. We will help to sell tickets at $30 each, with 10% returned to our club. We are asked to help to plan and run the event as one of 6 different lions clubs.

• Pioneers Tales at the Senior Center. Our Lions President Bob Hoekzema will share the pioneer stories of his parents.

March 7

• Canned Goods Collection for Food Bank. Bring canned goods to lunch meeting. If you forget, be prepared to make a $1.00 donation to the Food Bank of Alaska.

March 15

• Food Distribution Joint Project with Latinos Lions Club 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Hispanic Cultural Center 4233 Mt. View Drive.

March 31

• Anchorage Lions Board Meeting at 5:30 PM at the Westmark Hotel.
